Evelyn R. Wells, MD is Asbury Park's most respected Physician and Personal Trainer. Dr. Wells began her career as an Emergency Medicine Physician, a position she sill holds, but desired to help peple more proactively.  She loves helping people, but did not enjoy waiting for some "emergency" to happen before they would seek her help.  Dr. Wells began her practice by helping relatives and close friends get back in shape.  She not only helped them gain strength and endurance, but improved their overall health. She implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of all who participated. Dr. Wells opened her practice to pursue training indivdual clients that were determined to make a positive life change. She knew he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.

For the past several years, Dr. Wells has been improving the lives of many dedicated New Jersey residents. She is very selective about the clients she accepts into her training program. She admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination to make positive changes. Phytness Solutions' techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Dr. Wells is a Board Certified Physician who graduated from Princeton University and Howard University School of Medicine.  She holds Personal Training and Weight Management Certifications from SCW Fitness.
